Overview
Bright Path is a digital support platform designed to assist children in the foster care system. It provides personalized resources to help foster youth navigate education, mental health, financial literacy, and overall well-being.
Problem
Foster children in the U.S. lack a sustained, personalized support during adolescence and through the age-out transition, leading to elevated risks of unemployment, housing instability, and substance dependence in early adulthood.
Solution
A digital platform that provides personalized support to U.S. foster children aged 13-18 and continues after they age out, focusing on enhancing their mental and academic well-being, offering valuable resources, and empowering them with skills and mentorship for a brighter future
